The place is just perfect! It’s quiet, there’s plenty of sun on the terrace, and a beautiful view of the sea. We really enjoyed sitting inside or outside and gazing out at the vast blue expanse. You can set out on great walks and hikes from here, and it’s a quick drive to Siracusa. On top of that, there’s Renata, who is a truly wonderful hostess. We had a major problem with our rental car, and she arranged a new one for us at a much lower price and called the rental company several times on our behalf to sort everything out. She also invited us over for dinner and treated us to several espressos. She has plenty of tips on what to do in the area and recommended a great restaurant where we ate surrounded by locals. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Everything is clean, well-maintained, and designed with love.
